Who We Are

Medserv is a New Zealand owned company originally started in 1997 and involved in the servicing of a wide range of medical equipment. Now, we also source innovative, high quality consumable products globally, primarily for ophthalmic surgery.

We provide superior technical service and support to a range of Cardiac Ultrasound, Peripheral Intervention, Urological and Ophthalmic lasers and diagnostic equipment, servicing and testing the devices to IEC 60601 & AS/NZS3551 standards.

Medserv also provides consultancy, training and applications support for a variety of innovative ophthalmic surgical equipment. With over 20-years’ experience selling, training and supporting this equipment, Medserv has the ability to tailor that knowledge to provide short-term specialised consultancy services.

Medserv enters into an agreement with OptiMed NZ Ltd to support their range of Ophthalmic surgical products in New Zealand.

7th November 2016

Medserv signed a consultancy agreement with Boston Scientific to provide technical service and support to the range of Boston Scientific Capital Equipment in New Zealand.
